As Shefa Government's Property Tax system is designed for the collection of property taxes, no returns or refunds are permitted for payments made.
Once a payment is processed for property tax dues, it is final and non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of any changes in property ownership, usage, or other circumstances unless explicitly stated otherwise by applicable law or regulations.
In the event of a billing error or technical issue related to the processing of a payment, please contact our support team immediately. We will review the case and take appropriate action as per the governing laws.
